It’s an exciting time to intern at DeLoach, Hofstra, & Cavonis, P.A.! Here at DHC, we have an innovative marketing department with up-to-date video equipment and software, a full-size video studio, recently renovated offices, and a fantastic team of people to work with! Help with our “Green Team,” where we advocate for and ensure the use of sustainable practices both in and outside of the workplace! This position is in-person (not remote) and reports to the Director of Marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in (or recent alumni) of an undergraduate or graduate student in marketing, business administration, communications or journalism program; or related field.
- Attention to detail and reliability are a must.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must possess strong problem-solving and excellent communication skills (including written, verbal, and listening)
- Must exhibit proficient technical computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook

Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of marketing materials, proposals, promotions, and presentations.
- Filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
- Assist with tracking and fulfilling inventory.
- Assist with on-site and off-site special events.
- Take photos at staff and community events.
- Assist with creating and scheduling social media posts.
- Other duties as assigned.
