Please join us in congratulating Rep on winning the Boss of the Year award at Saturday night's M/M Seminole Awards Dinner! I also want to express my gratitude for all your thoughtful messages congratulating Rep on his 25th anniversary of practicing law. Your support not only meant a lot to him but also played a key role in his nomination. Thank you for all your kind contributions!
Rep's introduction at the awards dinner:
A Seminole native and graduate of Seminole High School, his passion for serving others began early—his first job was as a server at Freedom Square, where he assisted seniors, igniting a lifelong dedication to working with the elderly.
With 25 years of legal practice and outstanding leadership at DeLoach, Hofstra & Cavonis, P.C., he has set the standard for excellence in real estate planning and elder law. As a partner and owner of the firm, he not only guides the firm and his team with integrity and vision but also fosters a workplace culture rooted in support and innovation.
Beyond the office, his commitment ot the community shines—whether through pro bono legal work, participating in local events, or educational outreach, he consistently goes above and beyond to serve others. He has also served on various boards, including the Seminole Chamber, further demonstrating his dedication to making a meaningful impact in his local community.
